Stuffed shrooms. Sautéed scallions, sausage..added sherry, bread crumbs and cheese..topped with parmesan. I used the bigger mushrooms this time and liked them a little better.
Fried some bacon on the griddle and threw the shrimp on after. Seasoned with Julio's..the family doesn't like anything too hot. They were really good with the cheese grits.
Simple breakfast casserole for breakfast with fresh peaches.Couldn't sleep in... I'm glad now.
