Turkey time and temp?

Going to put on a turkey breast for dinner tonight, but I cannot find my notes. If I remember correctly 15-20 minutes per pound at 230/250? Does that sound right?

  • I think it's 15-20 min per pound at 325 so it will take longer at 230/250.  If it's brined it's supposed to cook faster.
