Labor Day/Sons Birthday Cookout

Injected and put rub on a nice bone-in pork shoulder yesterday afternoon, it went on the charcoal with some hickory and apple chunks at 6:30 this morning. It will cook slow all day and be ready to shred later this afternoon. I will put some of my famous Atomic Buffalo Turds on the smoker then and we can enjoy them with some fine Smuttynose IPA and wine before dinner. Jeannine made some mustard slaw and a huge bowl of her wonderful potato salad. All this because......36 years ago was the best day of our lives when Jeannine gave birth to our twins. Happy Birthday, Ben and Jed!!!!!! Hurry over so we can get started!!!!
