First cook of the long w/e!

So this is my first cook for the long weekend two spatchcock chicken rubbed with tsunami spin and some reheated pulled pork with mushrooms onions and green pepper with some franklins vinegar-based sauce thrown in ...thanks cazzy!!
Im also doing some baked potatoes and homemade croutons for Caesar salad hope my parents like it they haven't eaten from the bge yet!!!!

Pizza , ribs and Cazzys wings tomorrow:)

    Ill be firing mine up four days in a row. Burgers last night. Wings tonight. Sausages tomorrow and a prime rib on Monday.
    The EGG makes the absolute best baked potato ever. The texture of them coming out and the flavour is nothing I have had before.

    Pulled pork was better reheated this way than it was when I first cooked it.
