We've both been sick all week, and not eating well.
Here are two cooks done tonight; legs that were supposed to be done last night but weren't, and toasted sausage sandwiches tonight. Legs will be instant leftovers for Sprout #2.
Legs well (very well) marinated in Allegro Hot & Spicy, and done direct at 400 for 35 minutes until the interior was in the 180's.
Sausage sandwiches speak for themselves.
