Pork Sausage

Hormel Chili

White Onion

Shredded Chedder/Motz Cheese

Sprinkled with BGE Down & Dizzy Rub


Smoked with Apple & Cherry at 225 for 2.5 hrs until internal temp was 160

Let it cool overnight before trying it at noon today.
