Black Label Bacon

Pork Sausage

Hormel Chili

White Onion

Shredded Chedder/Motz Cheese

Sprinkled with BGE Down & Dizzy Rub


Smoked with Apple & Cherry at 225 for 2.5 hrs until internal temp was 160

Let it cool overnight before trying it at noon today.

    I would like to get a giant hot dog bun and eat the entire thing.  Looks great! 


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    Sampled a small piece, heated up in the microwave.  Will reheat for tonight in foil and serve.
