Ok...I'm going to have to quit posting these second hand idea posts but after reading the post about eating a butt that had been cooked and kept on hand a few days, it started my gears turning. Is there any way....if you cook up excess bbq...to freeze for later use? I suppose a non frost free freezer and maybe vacuum packing might help? I'm not really referring to pork by the way. I'd be interested in knowing how all the meats stack up.
