Pork butt #/ LBGE

If I have an AR how many #'s of pork butt should I be able to do? I'm thinking 5 7-8#er's. does that sound right?

    I was going to mention a similar setup as @robnybbq. You need a spider for indirect.

  • Thanks for the advice. I was meaning to mention that I have a spider. I've got something going on this weekend and want to cook as much pulled pork as possible/convenient.
