some beans and some ribs

tried something new with the ribs and liked it. worcestershire sauce then rub and rest for an hour, then a light smear of frenches, honey, and cider vinegar, more rub and a sprinkle white sugar. low and slow for about 6 then off the egg sauced, raise temps and remove stone, quick sear over hot heat.
