Made some great ones tonight. Used salt luck rub (can get spicy so didn't go nuts with it) a few hours before with olive oil instead of mustard. 260 locked in w digiq (only second time using it, love this thing) did 2-1-1 foiled w some brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar then sauced and let it cook for an hour.
Nice and juicy, great flavor. Loved 'em.
