Hobo Dinner Ideas?

I'm going to make some hobo dinners tonight.I intend to sprinkle some Allegro Hot and Spicy for added flavor. Anyone have any other ideas to update this old faithful recipe?

    Just about anything can be bagged. I did thin sliced red peppers, zucchini, fish with pesto. Also spinach, green onions soy sauce with fish and shrimp. ;;)

  • Do y'all ever poke holes in the foil pack? Mine have been coming out with a 1/2" of water inside and the meat is overcooked.

    We always put pattied hamburger meat , sliced onions, sliced potatoes and a dab of Worcester sauce in a foil pack together and bake at 350 for an hour. Great meal!

    You guys ever done these with left over pulled pork? I'm thinking it might be awesome unless the pork hours from properly cooked to mush. Thoughts?
