We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. london broil

just marinated 3 nice London broils in olive oil, rosemerry, garlic, and crushed red pepper.  gonna cook them rare at about 600 degrees. any one have any other suggestions, or does this sound about right, i got a therma pen so I will take them off at 120
