First Turkey Breast

Trying out a turkey breast for the first time...was planning on cooking at about 300-325 with some wood thrown in for smoke.  I've brined the bird.  Would you recommend cooking direct or indirect with the plate setter?  Should I use a water pan?

Thanks.

Indirect. I usually take it up to 350 if I'm not smoking it.

I do raised direct. Is it a whole breast or just one half a side? If it's a whole I would spatchcock it

Worked out great. Brined the breast, used some Tsunami Spin rub and injected with Texas butter. Cooked indirect at about 325 some temp with a chunk if cherry wood. Pulled at 165.

Threw some kielbasa on there towards the end.
