    Nicely done!!! Wish I had the variety of cooks that you have had and I've had my large for 3 years now. Another benefit of the egg is if you have a significant other that refuses to experiment, you can still have a great 5-7 dish rotation throughout the month.  That said, I'm still jealous as hell. Good Work!!
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    @tybeelucy2 Funny you should say that! I've had a website called Grillin' & Smokin' for 7 years now, which allows me to combine my love for outdoor cooking and photography. It is primarily a picture based website, but I do have a blog as well. For the last year the blog has been somewhat focussed on my experiences using and learning the Egg. I would invite you or anyone else who hasn't paid it a visit to stop by and by all means sign the guestbook and say hello:


    @Scottborasjr The way I got variety into my cooks was to have an unwritten rule to never make the same thing twice. When I started getting into international recipes 4 or 5 years ago I realized how much amazing food there is and how you could spend a lifetime making it. So I started trying to make new recipes each time I cook. It forces me to try new things and makes me a better cook. Now I don't live 100 percent by this rule: When it is a birthday or holiday I let friends or family pick what they would like me to make. What is interesting is the last few years the will say: "You pick something." or "I'd like lamb, you you pick a recipe." This "rule" also helps me with new material for my picture based website.

    @JWBurns I've probably killed off more electrons making a single post, I don't know about the rest.
