Nothing spectacular but I haven't posted a cook in awhile so I thought I would post it up. First cook with Ozark Oak. This stuff is much better than the Royal Oak I have been using. Also first cook with the hi-que grate in the small.

Threw some breast on the large seasoned with tsunami spin. 375 raised direct and pulled when IT hit 150. Cut the chicken up into bite size pieces and tossed with sauce. Some got buffalo, some got honey and BBQ, and some got general tso's. Threw the pieces back on to carmelize the sauce and then time to eat.

While all this was going on, the small was chugging along with some nice veggies. Yellow squash, zucchini squash, broccoli, and some shrooms.

Everything turned out great.
