Pork tenderloin with Dizzy Pig Raging River rub grilled on the BGE at 400° about 8 minutes per side until 140° internal temp. Served with grilled green beans, garlic cheddar mashed potatoes and garlic bread. It's so good I had to protect it with the S&W Model 19 .357 Combat Magnum.

    When I'm not Eggin', I'm scootin'   Eggin' and 'cueing from Temecula Ca; an hour from San Diego, an hour and five minutes from Palm Springs, and an hour and a half from Los Angeles (yeah, right. With THAT traffic?)

    We live in the country on weekends, and I often carry my Glock for overnight cooks. Especially when the coyotes start howling.
