Ribeye filets

Reverse-seared some ribeye filets (that we cut from a whole ribeye) and finished with butter and parsley.  Wife made sauteed spinach and roasted garlic-parmesan cauliflower to accompany 'em.  Turned out great, if I say so myself.

  • @Griffin @Chris_Wang @Kosko:  Here's the recipe for the cauliflower:

    Florets of 1 head cauliflower
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. garlic, finely minced
    Salt and pepper
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic.  Place in a greased casserole and bake for 25 minutes at 450*F, stirring about halfway through.  Top with Parmesan and parsley, and broil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

Well, I'll be darned. Besides the parsley and a difference of 1 tbsp of olive oil, that's the same way we do ours. :) Gonna put that back on teh menu this week.
