Me and my Egg

I've had my Egg for a little over a year now and I have been struggling to get my desired temps. I attended an Eggfest in Cincinnati a few weeks back and learned a wealth of knowledge. I'm attaining the desired temps now and viewing my egg much more favorably..

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
