Laid some wings out yesterday at 3 to cook last night.. Still there. How long can they sit uncovered in the fridge?

I'm with Hap-that said, I have not gone longer than 36 hrs with them naked but you will get a great krisp skin with this run.

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
