    Looks good.  Your beef to beer ratio looks about right for now as well.  You'll need another beer when you flip the burgers.  Make sure you maintain that on the brisket cook or it could really go awry.

    The very best burgers ever are brisket burgers.
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    I love brisket burgers.  Secret trick....cut out all the brisket fat and replace with pork belly.  Then grind.
