We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. OT? BBQ class - good idea?

I have had some pretty good success with cooks I have on the Egg, but was wondering what is the general feeling on taking a bbq class?
I want to kick it up to the next level, but don't want to re-invent the wheel.
Learn tons here, but techniques like how to choose the best meat etc is an area of opportunity for me.
Thoughts?
