I know it's early, but I can't seem to get it off my mind. With my first baby due the week of opening weekend, I am going to have no choice but to stay at home and fire up the eggs. ( poor me ) I can't seem to figure out what I want to be eating when I watch my dawgs run all over Clemson. We are probably going to have a lot of guest in town and want to treat them to a nice spread. Any suggestions? I have a large and small egg, so i have plenty of room for multiple dishes.
Go dawgs!

Obviously pulled pork will make the spread. I would throw a pork butt on the small and load the large down with wings and/or ribs.Columbia, SC --- LBGE 2011 -- MINI BGE 2013

I would suggest feeding all your dawgs well before kickoff, their stomachs are going to be tense and upset later on in the evening.
Hopefully this will be a great game along lines of Clemson-LSU last year, with same outcome of course.
Ironically, I was thinking of pulled pork for my game crowd, got the re-release Adam Perry Lang book, might try his pulled pork recipe.

Toss a spatchcock turkey on. Takes less than 1.5 hr cooked at 400 raised direct and feeds well for several days.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Pulled pork or brisket is a must because they can be done before hand without much tending to the grill. If you have a easy view of the game I'd do some wings or pig shots for halftime. If not, just stick with things that can be easily served without having to tend the grill.
I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season. -
I agree with all suggestions and look forward to all of your teams fighting for the table scraps. Watch out for a third straight title - ROLL TIDE ROLL, good luck with the delivery, do you know whats coming or is it a surprise?LBGE 2013 Located in Savannah, Georgia
