This is a cook I've wanted to do for a while, but for some reason or another haven't gotten to yet. I'm eager to see your results!Flint, Michigan

Cool! Is there a reason you didn't cut it in half? Just asking since that's what some folks have done in the past.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

Looks awesome!!
Though, last time when I cut the ribs into half, I was able to fit half a rack in the mini laying flat but maybe that's all dependent on the length of the ribs. Regardless, looks like a good alternative to cook ribs on mini too.

On Judy's question; what method did you cook them? They sure look nice and I will bet you will be in @SpringChicken next video.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

@dougbacker: I was probably thinking of @R2Egg2Q 's rib cook when I asked that: http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1149520/baby-backs-on-the-miniI did not remember that he used a second grate for that cook. Maybe if you had a mini rib stand to hold 2 half-racks vertical? Just wondering - now that I think about it, your method is much simpler and probably what I would try.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

It's never in the size of the _____, it's all in how you use it.Griffin said:And they say the mini is a joke. [-X Nicely done, Sir, nicely done.

Where's @cazzy when you need him. He's the perfect example of this philosophy. I've seen his package, though it was brief, and only once, what has been seen cannot be unseen.
