Two racks of spares. Used Dinos rub on one and McCormicks Smokehouse Maple on the other. For smoke, orange wood. Some of the best ribs I've ever done!

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
