We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Another first - Brisket!

24 hours marinating in the fridge - on the Egg @ 250 at the grill.
Going till 160 internal temperature, then wrapping in foil with beef broth till 205, remove and FTC.
No fixed time to eat, just cooking until it is done.
Luvin Egg livin! :)
