While at work today, I texted SWMBO and wondered what was for supper. She replied bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, corn and pasta. Thumbs up! I am in. Tonight the corn and pasta was cooked on the big stainless box in the house, my job was to look after the tenderloin.SWMBO had marinated the pork for 4 hours.The egg was set Direct @ 375* Turned them every so often. Ended up a real nice meal for the two of us.The romance with the egg continues. Y'all have a great weekend.

Looks very tasty... Pork tenderloin on the egg is one of my go to meals. Always good and the charcoal smell seems to get right in there to the perfect degree.

Does the bacon wrap do that much more to keep them moist than if it wasn't wrapped?

@ warwoman, yea it does keep it a bit more on the moister side, with out the bacon, the outside gets a bit more crust. Give it a try.
