We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. First Cook With New Base

Tonight was my first cook on the new base with a new gasket. Followed by an hour or so of 800F clean burn...

Haven't had my egg over 450 for months. Dealer provided great service...

Did some chicken, a NY strip, some skirt steaks, and a couple of tuna steaks. Had them with a nice salad.
