some honey habanero ribs

finally a nice cool weekend, found a new butcher with some descent ribs and carries a really spicey sauce, the kind were you taste it and say man thats hot and grab a beer but need to come back and taste it again and again. rubbed with tsunami spin then honey and frenches smear, then more rub. smoked with shag bark and apple for 6 hours. sauce is honey habanero.

How was the final heat? Seems as if the sweet would neutralize it nicely and make it really enjoyable.

it was more mellow when cooked than from the jar, was a little nervous about it when i put it on but really liked it cooked into the meat and im not usually saucing ribs anyways. would have to pick the crowd for it though as it still had that habanero punch to it. first time adding honey to the mustard smear, that ill do again
