Bought my egg Friday

One weekend of cooking on my egg. chicken legs and potato wedges Friday. Maple,bacon, chocolate chip cookies, garlic basil pizza and barbeque pizza on Saturday. Nutella, strawberry banana tortillas, and pulled pork with corn on the cob and tater wedges today. I have given this thing the full test. It is amazing.The best food I have eaten. What a great buy.

    Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you hit the ground running. Right On!. How did the cookies turn out. I did them one time and they were smokey flavoured, didn't care for them so into the garbage they went. Lots of great info here, and do keep posting pics. That way we know it happened. ;)

  • Cover sweet corn in penut butter. Wrap 2 pieces of corn around the corn with tooth picks. Heres where it gets tricky..... You can leave the husks on and pull them up to cover the corn and place on the grill. Otherwise, place in alluminum foil, but be careful, if you poke the foil, it will drip and make a fire. I love my corn on the cob this way.
