First of all I never dreamed I would spend $1000+ on a gill/accessories. Now I can't believe it took me this long to realize how awesome and worth the money the BGE is.
I became the owner of a LBGE a couple weeks back while we were waiting for our swimming pool build to be finished.

While we were having day after day of rain in SC Nd pool couldn't be completed I decided to build a table for the egg to pass the time. Shout out to @KennyLee for inspiration on the design and some pointers with build specifics.

In the past couple of weeks I have already done a couple spatchcock chickens, 2 low and slow overnight butt cooks, a couple racks of ribs, chicken wings and plank salmon. Here are a few pics of my butt cooks.

Tonight is gonna be a peach cobbler to go with some left over butt that was cooked last night. Will report back on the cobbler later this evening.
