Long time no BGE. It was time to get back at it!. Corvina Sea-bass and Bacon wrapped Scallops. EVOO ,salt and Pepper. Cooked raised direct. Enjoyed with a V.Sattui Chardonnay. Quite Delightful

What a comeback!Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Great looking cook! Years ago, we used to yard sea bass out of the ocean off Pacific City, OR, until the boat was darn near full.
Some of the best steak-of-the-sea imaginable.
