Lite Saturday-night Cook

Long time no BGE. It was time to get back at it!. Corvina Sea-bass and Bacon wrapped Scallops. EVOO ,salt and Pepper. Cooked raised direct. Enjoyed with a V.Sattui Chardonnay. Quite Delightful

    Great looking cook!  Years ago, we used to yard sea bass out of the ocean off Pacific City, OR, until the boat was darn near full.

    Some of the best steak-of-the-sea imaginable.
