    I think I mentioned this to someone else last week, but I would give him a fairly quick brine due to the small size. Obviously spatchcock him, raised direct 375, and a teriyaki glaze just before pulling him.

    I had 1 of those at our last house that would visit our patio door every night. For about a month Pretty cool.
