Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

Lets be careful out there

Big ground beef recall. National Beef Packing Co. from Kansas has recalled 50,000 lbs of ground beef for possible E Coli contamination. Check your burgers.

I can see @nolaegghead busy with his 'scope.

Seriously, use the thermapen before you take it off the grill.

I have the 10D - APS-C.  I'm thinking about the 6D (full frame) and has some cool wifi features.  Not as "professional built" as the 5D, but I'm not a professional so it should hold up fine.

Any idea where this tainted beef has been distributed? That's a lot of meat.

Distributed nationwide. http://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/news/2013/08/01/kansas-company-recalls-ground-beef.html Same company recalled 20K pounds in June for the same reason.
