Anyone know where I can find a rack for the LBGE that can fit over two 10lb pork shoulders? I want to smoke three shoulders but run out of space.

I don't see how those products can fit over a pork shoulder.

10 pounders are big but I've done three 8.5+ lb butts on a single grid. Even if you have to stand them on end. As they cook they will shrink and allow air space between them. Doing this might add a little time to the cook but if you can fit them in there and close the lid you should be fine. At some point during the cook it might be beneficial to move them around a little.

I have the two tier from CGW. You can fit 4 butts with the 2 tier.

I use it for all my cooks. Makes it easier when cooking veggies and taters. They go on top and meat on bottom.

Adjustable rig with rig extender can fit a ton. Call Tom at ceramic grill store and tell him what you want to cook.

If you want a cheaper option, the group buy extender can handle that for 25 bucks plus a second grid.
