Blue Spuds and Chops (pic heavy)

have been aways for awile, damn bad string of bad luck this summer. Geeting back to the Egg is great, and need to catch up on the forum. Tonight - Garden Blue potatos (yes they are purple) with some garden onion, and some garden sweet heat peppers cooked seperate. Allsides for some 1 1/2 thick pork chops as always. The wife like the spuds baked with Dill and some cheese once and awile. Hope everyone is doing will. look forward to catching up on i'm sure some great reading. (Potatos just hit the Egg)
