We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Brisket & Braves!!!

Trusted the Egg any my old man to cook the brisket while The wife and i went to the Braves vs Cardinals game. Brined it yesterday and rubbed her down. Put it on this morning and my old man said the temperature didn't change once! He just moped it with my Guinness brown sugar and red onion mop every 15/30 min. I pulled it and its a win kinda like the braves vs cards. Wife is a big Catds fan! I'm a happy egged!!!!!!
