Butt juice

Anybody mix the juices in drip pan back into the butts when shedding?

Sometimes I like to mix with equal parts water when making a pot of rice.  Nice flavor and if time allows I place in frig overnight and remove fat next day.

I'd worry about it making the pork greasy...

Mine burns to a crisp.  Do you elevate your drip pan?

When I turbo with some foil, I put the juice trapped in the foil into the shred.  Seems to work well.

I mix it in (if my wife isn't watching).  Lots of flavor and I figure the moisture came out of the meat
