We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. S'mores

A little rain can't keep you from making s'mores when you have a Big Green Egg! Our kids planned sleep over and wanted to have Bon Fire and make s'mores. Then came the RAIN! The coals on my egg were still warm from grilling burgers, so ............ We opened it back up and perfection. Not sure a s'more will ever taste the same without my egg.
