Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the History of the EGG Museum and the Culinary Center too!  3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340.

Another newbie

Finally got approved to post. I bought a mini at the Athens Eggfest and have been reading the forum since. I've noticed my kind of people here, Aggies, Texans, beer drinkers, a few kayakers and at least one MINI driver.

I don't have pics of cooks on the egg but I'll try to do better.

    Welcome to the lifestyle!

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

Thanks for the welcomes. I've seen hints of that vespa on here too.

@lousubcap - Thank you for your prior service. My son is a SNA, in primary school.

@Mickey -Yes I am in THE STATE, actually Denton. I've been to the unopened Ceramic Grill Store already.

I'm not totally new to egg style cooking, a "bubba keg" is used also. Having that lead me to the mini, I wanted something smaller to use. (Hope this doesn't get me removed)
