We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! First picture- stuffed squash

Still new to the forum. Today made some beef ribs marinated in soy sauce, pineapple juice, onion, garlic, siracha. Also some cream cheese and chorizo stuffed peppers. Thought I'd try to share first picture as well. Neighbor dropped off zucchini and summer squash. Seeded them and stuffed with a stuffing made of leftovers in the fridge ( don't tell anyone) . Sausage, ground beef, celery, onion, bread, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and butter and a few eggs to hold it together. Thanks for checking it out!
