First time watching Steven Raichlen using BGE on his show

I've never seen him actually use the BGE in his show, but he's grilling shrimp up on it right now. Never saw anyone light an egg the way he did. He lit all the charcoal in 2 chimney starters, and dumped it into an empty egg.
