We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. This forum is evil!

So I was on the forum last night just before bed reading about some amazing cooks and ideas... Needless to say I dream't about Egging. Got up early and decided I had to cook something (could not wait for lunch!) - ended up making some sort of egg casserole thingie.
Details:
Fired up Egg, put on dutch oven with a bit of coconut oil. Added some garlic and spanish oinion till it browned, then chopped tomatoes. Beat 15 eggs with salt, pepper, green seasoning, Angostura bitters, shadow benny pepper sauce, bacon from yesterday, some grated old cheddar cheese and some Shitako mushrooms. Added to dutch oven, when it was almost done added a layer of grated old cheddar cheese...
Delightful!
