Here is one way:
Veal, Chops, Porcini, Grilled, Rubbed, Beefer
INGREDIENTS:2 Veal ChopsEVOO2 Tbs. Porcini Mushrooms, Dried2 Tbs. Turbindo Sugar1 Tsp. Sea Salt1 Tsp. Mustard Powder, Dried1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1. Rub the above into veal chops, marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Bring ribs back to room temperature. Trex as per normal.
2. I've never had better veal chops, but then again I've never paid $32 for a couple of milk fed veal chops!!
