No Egg on the trip, but still a awesome vacation.

I forget how much my wife feels that is necessary to pack when going out of town, so it was either take the crib/bed for the baby or the Egg. Obviously she won that argument. Took about 12 lbs of pulled pork down with us but the food isn't the star of this trip.
Celebrated a couple of birthdays while on the lake, my son turned 8, my daughter turned one and my nephew turned 5.
Great week, just wish I would have had the egg with me.

Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

@2SCdoodlegg, @mb99zz, It's the actual Lake of the Ozarks but a relatively remote arm of the lake. We were about 30 minutes from Osage Beach. The address of the house was in Camdenton but we were about 13 miles from that town. We were on the Niangua arm of the lake.

I vacationed there twice when I was a kid with my family. We lived in Kansas at the time and took the trek out there two years in a row we loved it so much. We were camping though -- that house looks really nice. Silver Dollar City...I still remember some of the rides (30 years later).
