Flank Steak Pinwheel time and temp?
I have an old recipe for flank steak rollups/pinwheels that I have cooked for three decades on charcoal and gas grills. I want to cook them on my new large BGE, that I have only made three cooks on. Any suggestions for times and temps would be appreciated!
