We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Quick straw man poll

Trying to get an idea of how many Eggers use a plate setter vs. how many use some other contraption + a drip pan filled with water for their smoking.  I am trying to decide in which method I should invest as a new Egger.  
80% of my BGE use will be slow & low ribs, butts, shanks, that damn rabbit in my garden, etc.
