Alaskan coho, Peach Mango Habanero sauce from Costco cooked @ 400 on the Egg, just the right amount of smoky flavor, turned out great.

Yes, PS legs up with grate on top, salmon on foil on top of stainless rack.

@caliking yes it was very simple but quik and good, cooked approx 30 min @ 400 pulled @ 138 internal temp. I like to pull salmon off when the white fat just starts to show, my wife does not like it over cooked.
