Greek Pork Chops

This marinade has become our "go to" weekly marinade for chicken, pork chops or lamb chops. Very simple, but very good. This Greek Marinade is made in Hilton Head, SC and can be found at the local Publix Supermarkets around here. Not sure if they've spanned out further than SC. It's good stuff though. We like to combine it with some Zoes Seasoning before it hits the grill. I'm a big fan of Zoes Kitchen.

Grilled these thick cut pork chops on the Mini BGE tonight.

Pretty good, quick and simple weeknight meal.

I don't recall seeing a Greek marinade at the market. I wonder if one can be found locally because that looks good.

Some tasty lookin' vittles there Dyal. I must admit that my brain hasn't adjusted to the fact you now own a mini. When I first looked at the pictures of the chops on the Egg, I was thinking OMG those suckers are monstrous, where can I buy some of those??!! :-B
