Doubling down on brisket tonite.. 28 lbs untrimmed. After trimming, probably 22 lbs. It was thick.
Local store had it on sale for 1.77/lb. (The heb that had cooler trouble)
They smell great, if they end up bad, this is on me. Simple salt and pepper rub. I'll post updates! Need to go get some crown...maybe a stick. Maybe.
